We begin every project with a Discovery Session that translates how you live into a written Concept Brief, before a single line is drawn. What follows is a home shaped to its site — framed to the water, opened to the light, and detailed in materials chosen to weather the coast and grow more beautiful for it.

We work alongside homeowners through that process with patience and clarity — interpreting updated fire-safety, coastal, and hillside requirements, coordinating with the city, county, and consultants, and holding the design steady so what returns is not simply a replacement, but a home better suited to how you live now.
