Los Angeles is not one place but many, and good architecture here begins with the particular block, canyon, or coastline it sits on. We begin every project with a Discovery Session that translates how you live into a written Concept Brief, before a single line is drawn. What follows is a home drawn to its lot and its neighborhood — Spanish Revival in the Palisades, modern Mediterranean on the Westside, a courtyard house that opens to the California sun.
Our residential work across LA runs from ground-up single family homes to detached ADUs and full remodels: Mount Holyoke and Galloway in Pacific Palisades, Courtyard House in Beverlywood, Durango, and The Kahlo House. On the commercial side we design workplaces, restaurants, and retail — GoGuardian in El Segundo, Courtyard Kitchen and Montana Eyes in Santa Monica.
Every decision earns its place. Plans, materials, and daylight are drawn, tested, and refined around your vision and the soul of your site; then we see the work through construction, detailing, and oversight — until the space is real, resolved, and yours to live in for decades.
