GoGuardian is a creative office in El Segundo for a mission-driven edtech company — a workplace designed around a single question: how does the built environment make people happier at work? Matter approached the interior as an experiment in employee wellbeing, shaping adaptable rooms tuned to the different modes of how teams actually work, from heads-down focus to open collaboration and ideation.

Biophilia sits at the center of the design.
