84th Street
84th Street is a ground-up fourplex in Inglewood, designed to fit quietly into its existing residential neighborhood while offering a fresh perspective on multifamily living.
Rather than maximize units at the expense of livability, we gave each of the four homes a generous living space and daylight, and organized the building around a shared, communal front yard — a piece of common ground on a dense infill site.
The result is contemporary multifamily housing that reads as neighborly rather than institutional — density handled with the care of a single-family home.
