Galloway is a ground-up traditional Spanish home in Pacific Palisades, built with the patience of something already old. Its inspiration is deeply personal: a beloved pink Spanish house the family once lived in, and the romantic, layered gardens of Lotusland in Santa Barbara. Together they set the tone for a home that feels rooted in memory and place.

The drama is at the entry — a deep archway, a shadowed foyer, the slow turn into rooms shaped by hand-troweled plaster, wrought iron, and clay tile. Every detail is measured to the originals of the Spanish Revival tradition, from the proportions of the arches to the patina of the materials, so the house reads as authentic rather than referential.

Outside, the landscape carries the Lotusland spirit forward: lush, textural planting that softens the architecture and blurs the line between house and garden. The interiors stay fresh and light, tuned to the California coast — a traditional Spanish home designed for how a family actually lives today.
